The funeral for Danny William "Gip" Cheadle Austin, 50, will be 1 PM Saturday, September 5, 2009, at First Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Wilbur Flynn will officiate. Burial will be in Enid Cemetery. Arrangements are by Caskets Inc. and Johnson Funeral Service, Del City.

He was born January 1, 1959, in Enid to Dorothy Cheadle and William "Bill" Austin and died Friday, August 28, 2009, in Del City.

He was raised and educated in Enid, moving to Michigan in 2005.

Surviving are two sons, Christopher and Clayvon, both of Arlington, Texas, and three sisters, Dorothy Cheadle and Terri Cheadle, both of Del City, and Penny Flynn of Enid.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
