A graveside service for Carl B. Adams, 89, was held Monday in the Enid Cemetery. Arrangements were by Henninger – Allen Funeral Home.

He was born February 10, 1913, in Enid to Erie R. and Maggie Smith Adams and died Sunday, October 6, 2002, in Falls Church, Virginia.

He had lived in Ponca City where he worked for Conoco Oil Company for 35 years. He was past commander of American Legion Post, an elder at First Presbyterian Church, and active with Civil Defense. He was a veteran of World War I I.

Surviving are one daughter, Carlynn Braden of Calgarie, Canada; and one granddaughter.
