The Graveside Service for Melvia Swart, 86, of Elk City, formerly of Enid, will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 30th,2016 in the Del Norte Cemetery of Drummond with Rev. David Jones officiating under direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born November 11, 1929 to Glen R. and Gladys (Johnson) Swart in Ames, Oklahoma and died Friday March 25th,2016 in Elk City. She lived in Enid until 1979 when she moved to Elk City, Oklahoma.

Ms. Swart is survived by two sisters, Opal Swart and Mary Astuccio, and one brother Frank Swart. She is preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers
