DRUMMOND WOMAN FATALLY INJURED
Mrs. G.E. Richert, of Drummond, aged about 53 years, died about 9 o'clock Tuesday night at a Lawton hospital as a result of injuries received when the car driven by her husband overturned near Lawton.
A flat tire is said to have caused the accident. Mrs. L.A. Wegener, of Drummond, who with her husband were accompanying the Richerts on a trip to their farm near Grandfield, was also injured but not seriously.
Mr. Richert is the head of the Drummond Motor Company, and has been connected with this company since 1928. Mrs. Richert was active in W.C.T.U. and church work. She is survived by her husband, and two daughters, Mrs. Hettie Williams of Alva, who was ill and unable to attend the funeral, and Miss Lucy Richert, who is attending school at Wichita, Ks.
Funeral services will be held at Drummond Congregational church this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
Burial will be made in Del Norte cemetery.
