Memorial service for Dale Thompson, 63, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at United Methodist Church, Covington. Burial in Covington Cemetery. Cremation arrangements by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Dale was born Oct. 31, 1946, in Enid to Denzil Roy and Evalyn Ashcraft Thompson and died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010, in Enid.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy; children, Billy Dale, Melody Doyle, Patricia Thompson, Richard Wayne and Melissa Lowery; seven grandchildren; brothers, James and Charles; sister, Derba; adopted mom, Vickie Parker; mother, Evalyn Thompson; adopted brothers, Frank Smith, Ron Brown, Larry Don Brown, Randy Brown and Tim Parker. Surviving are his wife, Nancy; children, Billy Dale, Melody Doyle, Patricia Thompson, Richard Wayne and Melissa Lowery; seven grandchildren; brothers, James and Charles; sister, Derba; adopted mom, Vickie Parker; mother, Evalyn Thompson; adopted brothers, Frank Smith, Ron Brown, Larry Don Brown, Randy Brown and Tim Parker.
