Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Free Methodist church for Ona Lee Lester, little 6 year old daughter of Mrs. Hildred Lester. Ona Lee had been ill for several months and became gradually worse the past few weeks. She leaves to mourn her loss her mother and two sisters, besides other relatives and friends. Ona Lee was laid to rest in the I.O.O.F Covington cemetery. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Smith, pastor of the Free Methodist church.

Please Note: It is unknown at this time if Covington Cemetery and Covington I O O F Cemetery are the same.
