Covington Cemetery


The funeral for Donna M. Hejduk, 72, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, at Anderson - Burris Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Steve Meier will officiate. Burial will be in Covington Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 27, 1935, in Rock Springs, Wyo., to Tony and Mae Downing Retel and died Monday, Aug. 11, 2008, in Enid.

She attended Rock Springs schools.

She married Raymond W. Hejduk May 5, 1997, in Miami. They made their home in Enid. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Surviving are her husband, Raymond, of the home ; four sons, Tom Tanfield of Rawlins, Wyo., Anthony Tanfield of Billings, Mont., David Hejduk and Dennis Hejduk, both of Rowlins; three daughters, Tammie Logan of Rawlins, Diane Tanfield Dolph of Glen Burnie, Md., and Suzan Tanfield of Ohio; two brothers, Larry Retel of Green Bay, Wisc., and Anthony Retel of Mo.; one sister, Joanna Stevens of Prescott, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Garber Ambulance.
