Adolph Staub 76, died in an Enid hospital Friday morning gollowing a short illness. He was a resident of Covington.
He was born in Bern, Switzerland 58 years ago. Mr. Staub settled first in the Garber area and then took a claim northeast of Woodward. He later returned to Fairmont and then moved to Covington 17 years ago.
He is survived by his wife, one step-son, Rev. Charles Knauft, St. Louis, one step-daughter, Miss Minnie Knauft, Sapulpa; three sons, Albert, of the armed forces, Harry, of Pekin, IL; and Fred of WV. Four daughtes, Mrs. John Ives, of Enid, Mrs. Otis Ives of TX, Mrs. Leonard Wiebke, KS; and Mrs. R. L. Layman of Enid, 11 grand children and one great grand child.
Services are pending with Henninger-Allen funeral Home.
