A Memorial Mass for Jerry Dale Maly, 56, Enid, is 11 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2017, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, with the Rev. Aaron Foshee as celebrant. A private family burial will be in the Bison Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

Jerry was born to Frank Jerry and Nita Rose (Iven) Maly on July 25, 1960, in Enid, and passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at his home in Enid. Jerry grew up in Enid, and graduated from Enid High School in 1978. He lived in Dallas and moved back to Enid in 1996, where he worked as a diesel mechanic at Independent Diesel. On Dec. 24, 2000, he married Gwen Powell in Orlando, Fla. Jerry was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, were he served as an usher, was a member of KOC 1044, and KOC Assembly 0854.

Jerry is survived by his wife Gwen of the home, his children Kari Ellen Higgins (Brad Waken), and Clinton Powell Honn of Enid; four grandchildren, Kira Higgins, Danny Honn, Adaline Honn, and Kade Honn; father, Frank Maly of Enid; brother, Terry Maly of Enid; sister Michele Long and Ken Null of Stafford, Va.; and nieces and nephews Donald and Kasey Long, Nathan Maly, Kimberly Null and Christopher Null.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nita.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Kenwood Manor Activities Fund .
