Mr. Fred Manchester passed away Wednesday afternoon an illness of several months. He is survived by his wife, four sons and five daughters, two of whom, Mrs. Esther Dishman, and Mrs. Ruth Overstreet, reside near here. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Dunlavy Funeral home and interment made in the Garber cemetery. Several from this community attended the services.
Fred Lyman Manchester, born July 21, 1868 in Iowa and died Oct. 30, 1930 at 623 N. 7th, Enid. He was buried Baldwin Cemetery, also known as Black Bear Cemetery. Charge service to Eva Manchester , S. H. BOBBIT, Safeway groc., Perry, OK, Mrs. MATHIS, Enid. He was the son of George Manchester.
