PAMPA - Funeral services for Clyde Ellsworth APPLE, 39, of 1161 Prairie Drive, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Fargo, Oklahoma, Methodist Church with the Rev. Lee Hillen, pastor of the Barrett Mission Church in Pampa, officiating.

Mr. APPLE, a resident of Pampa for 3 1/2 years, died at 7:45 p.m. Sunday in Worley Hospital in Pampa.

He was a former Pampa fireman and was an employee of Bruce and Son and the Pampa Concrete Company.

Surviving are his wife, Delores and two daughters, Jolene Rae APPLE and Eilene Vae APPLE, all of the home; his mother, Mrs. Clara KLEIWER of Arnett, Oklahoma; two brothers, Joe of Woodward, Oklahoma and George of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Mrs. Paul MATHEWS and Mrs. John EASTHAM, both of Arnett, Oklahoma and Mrs. Beulah SMITH of Oregon.

Burial will be in Fargo, Oklahoma, with Duenkel-Carmichael Funeral Home of Pampa in charge of services.
