Junior L. Sapp

Junior L. Sapp, resident of Jay, OK, passed away at the Integris Grove General Hospital Sunday, April 29, 2012 at the age of 67.

Junior was born on August 28, 1944 in Kansas, OK to Eli Sapp and Jenny (Daniels) Sapp. Junior went to school in Kansas, OK, Oaks Mission Childs Schools, and also Wyandotte Indian School. He lived in the Webster Nursing Home in Leach, OK. In 1983 Junior started living with Rosa Lee Keener.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandmother Suzie Daniels.

Survivors include Rosa Lee Keener of Eucha, OK; his uncle Ross Daniels; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Casketbearers will be Tawood Sixkiller, Brian Buzzard, Donald Chuwalooky, Dewayne Dry, John Robert “JR” Nofire, and Rod Still.

Honorary casketbearers will be Roy Daniels, Rickey Daniels, and Ross D. Daniels.

Funeral Services for Junior will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Jay, OK with Pastor Tim Lunsford, officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Springs Cemetery in Eucha, OK. Visitation will be from 6PM to 8PM on Wednesday evening, May 2, 2012 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay.
