Susie A. Panther, 52 year old Siloam Springs, Arkansas area resident passed away Wednesday July 6, 2011 following an extended illness.

Susie was born on January 16, 1959 in Claremore, Oklahoma, to James and Louise (Blackbear) Panther.

Susie worked for Simmons Processing and enjoyed spending time with her family, she also enjoyed taking trips and making blankets for her family.

Susie was preceded in death by two brothers, James Panther Jr. and Sammy James Panther.

Susie is survived by two sons, Wendal Tanner of Jay, Oklahoma and Byron Tanner of Salina, Oklahoma, two daughters Alisha Tanner of Jay, Oklahoma and Ashley Tanner of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, three step-children, Monica Potter, Santo Tanner and Jackson Tanner, three brothers, Lawrence Panther of Kansas, Oklahoma, Elmer Panther of Jay, Oklahoma, and John Panther of Tulsa, Oklahoma, three sisters, Maxine Blossom of Okas, Oklahoma, Narcia Pritchett of Westville, Oklahoma, and Josie Latham of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Funeral services for Susie will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Euwasha Baptist Church, in Kenwood, Oklahoma.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, Oklahoma
