Mrs. Tec Jennie (White Skunk) Bison

Funeral services for Mrs. Tec Jennie Bison, 60, Sayre, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Bethel Indian Mennonite Church in Hammon with Rev. J. M. Unruh officiating.

Mrs. Bison, the former Jennie White Skunk, died Thursday August 22, 1974 in University Hospital, Oklahoma City.

She was born in Clinton and lived in the Clinton-Hammon areas until 1966 when she moved to Sayre.

She was the original princess of the Cheyenne Tribe and a member of the Bethel Mennonite Indian church.

She was married in 1946 to Ted Bison.

Burial will be in Bethel Indian Mennonite Cemetery, Hammon, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Gideon Bison, Ronald Bison and Roy Bison, all of Bismark, N. C.; two sisters, Nillie Johnson and Alberta Zotigh, both of Hammon; two brothers, Willis White Skunk and Ed White Skunk, both of Hammon, a half-brother, David Fan Man of Canton and three grandchildren.
