BORGER - Franklin Lee Higgins, 78, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2002.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev.
David Langen, pastor of Buenavista Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in
Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Higgins was born Jan. 6, 1924, in Bristow, Okla. He was a truck driver for
Phillips Petroleum Co. for 38 years.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby; a son, Tony Higgins of Borger; two daughters, Janice Williamson and Theresa Hudson, both of Borger; a sister, Mildred "Marie" Simmons of Borger; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
