Raymond Zolen Hinch

CACHE-Funeral for Raymond Zolen Hinch, 73, Cache, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hodge Funeral Home Chapel, Fletcher, with Chaplain Irv Johnson of Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma, officiating.

Mr. Hinch died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005 at his home in Cache.

Burial will be at Sterling Cemetery, under direction of Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher.

He was born Jan. 11, 1932, near Rush Springs. He grew up in the Sterling area, graduating from Sterling High School in 1950.

He married Margie Lou Kitchens on Sept. 12, 1955, in Tyler, Texas. She died Nov. 6, 1987. They lived in the Sterling area where he farmed and raised cattle. He worked for Meade's Bakery and later for Farm Fresh Bakery of Lawton, retiring in 1994. They moved to Lawton in 1965 and back to Sterling in 1985.

He later married Flora Mae Whittle on Dec. 8, 1989, in Cache. They made their permanent home in Cache in 1999.

He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Lawton.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son and daughter-in-law: Mike and Gloria Hellums, Del City; a daughter and her fiance: Anita Dicks and Mike Mahoney, Lawton; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Deloris and Steve Miller, Sterling; and Leona and Benny Cable, Cache; a brother and sister-in-law: Loyd and Sue Hinch, Irving, Texas: and many other relatives.
