Buck H. Herron


Buck H. Herron Dies following a Short Illness.

Buck H. Herron, 72 years of age, died at the home of his sons, W. L. Herron and L.B. Herron, nine and one-half miles southeast of Lawton Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock following an illness of two weeks.

He came here to make his home with his sons four years ago.

Besides these sons he is survived by two other sons, J.L. Herron of Tulsa, and A.L. Herron of Oklahoma City, and a daughter, Mrs Margaret Pitola of Cleveland, Ohio, 12 grandchildren, and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Sterling cemetery. Rev. Sealy, a Baptist minister, have charge.

Burial will be made in the same cemetery with Ritter's in charge.
