Kathy Renee [Ballou] Hudson


Birth date: January 20, 1962
Death date: May 23, 2014

Kathy Renee Hudson was born on January 20, 1962 in Lawton, OK to Lawrence and Wanda [Gee] Ballou. She died on May 23, 2014 in Lawton at the age of 52.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Paradise Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Ordean Nelson, officiating. Interment will follow at Paradise Valley Cemetery under the direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service.

Kathy was raised and attended school in the Elgin area. After completing her education, she moved to Cache where she divided her time between being a Mom to Willis and Kari, and working at Goodyear. After the kids were on their own and she retired from Goodyear, Kathy moved to Arkansas for several years. She returned to Cache in March of this year and was thoroughly enjoying her life as a grandmother at the time of her death.

Survivors include her children, Willis Hudson and wife Melissa of Cache, and Kari Hudson of Arkansas; her parents, Wanda Ballou of Lawton and Lawrence Ballou and wife Cindy of Cache; grandchildren, Lawrence Drew Hudson, Jay Austin Ramey, Morgan Bryce Hudson, Erin Colby Hudson, and Tommy Lee Hudson, all of Cache, and Isis Askins of Arkansas; three sisters, Lora Morgan of Arkansas, Leah Womack, her husband Jason and their three children of Inola, OK, and Jessica McCains and husband James of Cache; three brothers, Will T. Ballou of Lawton, Reno Ballou of Cache, and Garrett Ballou, also of Cache.
