Rakim Ramon "Rock" Jimenez Hicks

Rakim Ramon "Rock" Jimenez Hicks was born on August 19, 1990 in Dayton, OH to Eric Hicks and Carmen Jimenez. His life tragically ended on March 24, 2013 in Wichita Falls, TX. Rock was 22.

Rock spent most of his life in Lawton, graduating from Eisenhower High School and then employed at Wal-Mart.

He was very family orientated and loved his mother, brother, and 3 children with all his heart.

Rock was loyal to a small but very tight knit circle of friends, and will be remembered for his generosity and integrity by all who were blessed to have known him

His hobbies included sports, hanging out with his friends, and especially spending quality time with his mom, brother, and children.

Rock was preceded in death by his father whose loss never seemed very far from his mind; his grandparents, Dewey and Mary Hicks; cousins, Tony Jr. and Anita O'Banion; and his best friend that could never be replaced, Matthias Castor, Jr.

Survivors include his 2 daughters, DaKayla Thompson-Hicks of Arkansas and Aasia Hicks of Odenton, MD; a son, Aaron Tubbs of Odenton, MD; his mother and step-father, Carmen Jimenez and Anthony McAllister of Lawton; 2 brothers, Floyd McAllister of Lawton and Anthony McAllister, Jr. of Louisiana; a sister, Natasha Hicks of Dayton, OH; his grandmother, (Oma) Mathilda Jimenez of Lawton; uncles, Babo Jimenez and Darwin Hicks of Lawton; aunts, Andrea Upshaw of Dayton, OH, Marita Jimenez of Virginia, and Karen Griswald and husband Gary of Lawton; Spiritual mother and her family, Barbara Ashby (Roni), and Tynishia Manley of Lawton; many cousins, extended family members, and his very loyal and close friends.

Visitation:
11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service 6210 NW Cache Road Lawton Oklahoma 73505
