Albert Edward "Al" Dally

Graveside service with military honors for Albert E. Dally, 66, Lawton, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, with Gary Bradley officiating.

Mr. Dally died Friday, Dec. 2, 2005, at Fort Sill.

Arrangements are under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

He was born April 5, 1939, in Toledo, Ohio, to Wade and Druscilla Genereux Dally.

He attended school and grew up in Toledo, Ohio.

He married Carol Rohlman on March 19, 1961, in Toledo, Ohio.

He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years before retiring in 1981. Awards and medals he received include the National Defense Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal with First Oak Leaf Cluster, Good Conduct Medal Sixth Award, Driver Badge with Bar, and Expert (rifle M-16).

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Albert Dally II, Lawton; a daughter, Brenda Dally, Lawton; a brother, Richard Dally; and two sisters: Mary Poe, Toledo, Ohio, and Joanne Smith, Lambertville, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
