Glenna Eileen (Arnold) Potter

August 7, 1929 ~ July 11, 2020

Glenna Eileen Potter, of Cyril, Oklahoma, was born August 7, 1929, in Alsey, Illinois to Jesse and Tessie (Haney) Arnold. She passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 90 in Duncan.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, at 11:00 A.M. at the Family Life Church with Pastor Donnie Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Fort Sill National Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cyril Funeral Home.
Glenna graduated from Bent County High School in Los Asimas, Colorado. She married Jimmy L. Potter on January 4, 1954, in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
She enjoyed cooking, sewing and crochet, and canning vegetables from her garden. She played the washboard with the Keller Kitchen Clutter Band. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren dearly.
Glenna is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jimmy; children: James Potter of Guthrie, Glenda Roberson and husband Cary of Pine Haven, Wyoming, Mike Potter and wife Janna of Cyril; grandchildren: Lisa and Mike Trask, Caryann and Curt Sallinger Aaron Potter and Allison Crim, Karen and David Kilbern, Codi and Mike Schuster, Andrew Roberson, Mathew Potter, Jessica Potter, Macayla Potter; great grandchildren: Noah Trask, Luke Trask, Lorelali Trask, Lizzie Sallinger, Lily Sallinger, Julius Potter, Mason Potter, Kyias Potter, Trevor Kilbern, Carlie Beth Kilbern, Ryan Schuster, Aiden Schuster, Sunny Schuster, Zeta Potter; and brother, Kenneth Arnold and wife Marilyn of Westminster, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Tessie Arnold; son, Darryl Eckert; and sister, Louise August.
Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Trask, Mike Bogner, David Kilbern, Aaron Potter, Julius Potter, Micheal Thomley, and Rick Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Roberson, Matthew Potter, and Curt Sallinger.
