Raymond Hamilton Campbell, III

July 25, 1961 - May 13, 2018

Raymond Hamilton Campbell III, age 56, of Lawton passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at his residence.
Raymond was born on July 25, 1961, the eldest son of Raymond Hamilton Campbell Jr. and Eunice Ford. He grew up and attended school at Freeport, New York and graduated from Freeport High School. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp shortly after high school at the age of seventeen and proudly served for four years. He was very proud of his service and received several awards, medals and commendations. He firmly believed, "Once a Marine, always a Marine, even in death." After he left the service, he worked for Merrill Lynch. He soon migrated to Lawton with a friend, and he decided to call Lawton home. It is where he met and married, Connie Parker, and they would spend twenty-five wonderful years together. Raymond was a horticulturist by trade and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Raymond leaves behind his wife Connie Campbell; one daughter, Kimberly; his father, Raymond Campbell Jr.; his God mother, Jerri; one sister, Marlene; one brother, James Campbell and one granddaughter, Jordan along with a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
