Jackie Carol Allen

March 19, 1954 - May 31, 2018

Jackie Carol Allen, age 64, of Lawton passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at her residence.
Jackie was born on March 19, 1954 in Bensheim, Germany to Lonnie Verbon and Opal “Bernice” Thomas. She became a Certified Nurses Aid in 1980 and worked as a Home Health CNA from 1980 to 1983. She owned and operated a successful ceramics store from 1983 to 1986 before becoming an independent owner and seller of finished ceramic items in 1986 to 1993. In 1993, she opened a successful housecleaning business, which she ran until 2000. On April 19, 1996 she married Tom Allen and they have been together 22 years. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, planting flowers and baking, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Bernice Thomas, Jackie is survived by her husband, Tom Allen of Lawton; one daughter, DeeDee Morgan of Lawton and one grandson, Stirling Morgan of Lawton.
