Mildred Margaret [Wolf] Manning

ELGIN ~ Funeral for Mildred Margaret Manning, 78, Elgin, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Elgin, with the Rev. Joseph Kolb, pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Manning died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2002, at her home.

Burial will be at Fletcher Cemetery under direction of Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher.

She was born Dec. 9, 1924, in Elgin. She graduated from Elgin High School in 1942. She married Wilson Manning on Nov. 30, 1945, in Little Rock, Ark. He died July 31, 1988. She lived in Shawnee and Tecumseh before moving to Elgin in 1962. She was a member of St. Ann,s Catholic Church and St. Ann,s Altar Society. She attended the Nutrition Center in Elgin and was a member of a bowling league in Lawton.

Survivors include two daughters: Patsy Hays and Leslie Durham, both of Elgin; three grandchildren: Bruce Durham, April Hays and Jennifer Hays; three great-grandchildren: Nahir, Alize and Jose Jr.; and a sister, Kate Mihecoby, Fletcher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Anthony Wolf and Mary Elizabeth Koetter Wolf.
