Mrs. Emma Belle Holiman, wife of J. J. Holiman of Westmoreland, Calif., died at her home there on December 25, 1939, from ceberal hemorrhage.

Mrs. Holiman was born in Maud, Oklahma August 25, 1895 and at the time of her death was 44 years adn 4 months of age. About 16 years ago she and her husand moved to California.

She is survived by her husband, J. J. Holiman, one son, Melvin, and one daughter, Mrs. Maedell Barfell all of Westmoreland, Calif, father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. G.M. Hancock, of Hastings, Oklahoma, one sister, Mrs. A.E. Darnett, Hastings, Oklahoma and one brother, A. L. Hancock, Coalgate.

Mrs. Hancock was a member of the Baptist Church.

The body was brought to Coalgate and funeral services wer held at PIne, Friday, December 29, at 2:00 p.m. in charge of Rev.Ray McCord of Non, and interment made in the Pine Cemetery with Slater's Funeral Home in charge.
