Born:      September 9, 1912 in Nixon Community, Coal County to John Henry AND Laura Elizabeth (Kent) Lacy.

Passed Away:     Monday, DECEMBER 15, 2003 at McAlester, Regional Hospital.

Age: 91 years 3 months 6 days

Education:     Attended SCHOOLS AT Nixon, OKLAHOMA, Raton, New Mexico, Muskogee, and Graduated Coalgate High School.

Married:     W. L. Richards in 1933 at Coalgate, OK.

                   Dirol Rogers in 1945 at Coalgate, OK.

                   Sam W. Dawson in 1952 at Coalgate, Ok.

Occupation:      Cooked for area restaurants and  many many years owned & operated restaurants in Coalgate, OK.

Church Affiliation:      She was a longtime member of Church of Christ, Member V.F.W. Auxiliary in Coalgate, Ok.

       SURVIVED BY

Children:      Hester Lee Hester of McAlester, Ok.

                      John Richards AND wife Minnie of Lewisville, Tx.

                      Anita Matthews AND husband George of Coalgate, Ok.

Grandchildren:     Ronnie Delano of Oakdale, Ga.

                               Kathy Hawkins of Tyler, Tx.

                               Stacie Barnett AND husband Danny of Lewisville, Tx.

                               Johnna Richards of McKinney, Tx.

                               Michael Jones of Oklahoma City.

8 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren.

Brothers:      Albert Vernon Lacy of Coalgate, Ok.

                      John Marshall Lacy of Oakdale, Ca.

       PRECEDED IN DEATH BY

PARENTS:     John Henry AND Laura Elizabeth (Kent) Lacy.
