Mary Ellen Hines, age 66, a Phillips resident, was born on October 27, 1954, to Roy Junior and Betty Sue (Williams) McKeen, at McKinney, TX. Mary passed away on March 16, 2021 at her home in Phillips, OK. She attended & graduated from Coalgate Schools. Mary was a Home Health private care sitter, a waitress & a newspaper carrier for the Ada Evening News. Mary was a member of the Cottonwood Baptist Church. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch drinking coffee. She also enjoyed feeding the birds & deer. She loved her dog Baby Boy.

Mary Ellen is survived by her Son: Kenneth Shores & wife Cassie of Coalgate, OK and Stephen Shores & wife Tori of Coalgate, OK. Daughter: Jayla Summers of Kingston, OK, Granddaughters: Khini Shores of Coalgate, OK, Karley Shores of Coalgate, OK. Grandsons: Austin Shores of Durant, OK, Logan Edgeman of Coalgate, OK, and Easton Edgeman of Coalgate, OK. Great Grandson: Denver Mitchell of Coalgate, OK. and Lincoln Harris of Coalgate, OK. and Great Granddaughter: Aria Powell of Coalgate, OK. Brothers: Roy Lee McKeen, Donald Gene McKeen of Scott Air Force Base, IL, Along with numerous nieces, nephews & many dear friends.

She was PRECEDED IN DEATH BY her Parents: Roy Junior & Betty Sue (Williams) McKeen, Brother: Leroy McKeen, Sister: Jeannie Sue McKeen and Grandson: Stephen Paul Shores Jr
