Darvin Ray Milligan “Bubba” passed from this life October 2, 2019 at the age of 59. He was born May 19, 1960 in Levelland, Texas.

Darvin grew up in Del City and worked as a tile setter for several years. He enjoyed spending time at Newcastle Casino playing his favorite slot machines. Darvin’s pride and joy was his family. Shannon Robinson was the daughter he always wanted, and he treated her and loved her as his own. Shannon will be forever grateful to her “Bubs” for the fatherly love and care he provided her throughout her entire life.

He was preceded in passing by his mother, Darlene Foshee; nephew, Randal Barnes; grandfather, Darvin Nanney, Sr., and cousin, Darvin Nanney, Jr.

Survivors include his loving niece, Shannon Robinson and husband Carlton of Norman; brothers, Ricky Joe Milligan of Oklahoma City and Leslie Flippo of Moore; sisters, Sandy Towler and husband David of Lindsay, and Sherry Barnes of Oklahoma City; and uncle, Darvin Nanney of Ravia. Darvin is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life service at 1:00pm, on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Lehigh Cemetery in Coal County, Oklahoma. Condolences may be shared at www.ResthavenOKC.com.
