PASSED AWAY:     FRIDAY MORNING, OCTOBER 10, 2003 AT THE MCALESTER NURSING CENTER IN MCALESTER, OK.

AGE:     78 YEARS 9 MONTHS 19 DAYS

EDUCATION:     ATTENDED WILL ROGERS HIGH SCHOOL IN TULSA, OK.

MARRIED:     SAM NICHOLS ON APRIL 23, 1961 AT DURANT, OK.

OCCUPATION:      RETIRED NURSE AND LPN PRIVATE DUTY IN THE TULSA AREA.

CHURCH AFFILIATION:      UNIVERSITY BAPTIST CHURCH IN TULSA, OK.

CARRIE SERVED IN THE CANADIAN WACS DURING WWII.

SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE MAGIC CITY CHAPTER OF THE EASTERN STAR IN TULSA, OK.

SISTER:      CHARLOTTE JERNIGAN OF WAGONER, OK.

BROTHER:     JOHN HOLDERMAN AND WIFE CLARA OF TULSA, OK.
