Funeral services for Donna Kay (Holland) Lewis, a longtime Coalgate resident, were held Monday, January 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Rev. Paul Butler and Rev. Bill Weathers officiating. Burial was in Coalgate Cemetery with Brown's Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.

Donna was born November 20, 1944 in Prague, OK to James Houston and Winnie B. (Wilberly) Holland and passed away January 7, 2010 in Coalgate at the age of 65. She attended school in Okmulgee and Coalgate and married Don Lewis on July 10, 1962 in Coalgate. Donna was a housewife, attended the Assembly of God Church and loved to fish, do crossword puzzles, visit with friends and loved taking care of her family.

Survivors include her husband Don Lewis of the home; daughter, Dana Wood of Coalgate; son, Don Thomas Lewis, Jr. of Coalgate; sisters, Susan Sallee and husband Shane of Coalgate and Brenda Bortisser and husband Eugene of Okmulgee, OK; five grandchildren, David Wood, Laura Wood, Samatha Wood, Kyndall Lewis, and Bradlee Lewis; six great grandchildren, Hunter Wood, Hayden Franklin, Jayden Franklin and Leah Lewis; along with numerous other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Linda Baughman and Sandra Myers.

Casketbearers were Jim Cox, Don McCollum, Johnnie Belletini, Joe Childers, Larry Lee and Charlie Hendrix.
