Funeral services for Juanita Jewel Gaylor Lee, a longtime resident, were held Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Rev. James Williams officiating. Burial was in Coalgate Cemetery with Brown's Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lee was born March 28, 1928 in Coalgate to Charles Wesley and Minnie Benefield Gaylor and passed away August 22, 2010 in Coalgate at the age of 82. She attended Coalgate schools and married Donnie Lee on April 6, 1946 in Atoka, OK. He preceded her in death in November, 1996. Mrs. Lee was a housewife and of the Pentecostal Holiness faith.

Survivors include her children, Pat Lee and wife Betty of McAlester,OK, Sue Cicio and husband Martin of Coalgate and Nick Lee and wife Tamra of Coalgate; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren;along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear and loved friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Donnie Lee, Jr.; granddaughter, Tracy Lee,; sisters, Ruth Campbell and Grace Tidwell; brothers, Hardy Gaylor, tom Gaylor and Joe Gaylor; half-brother, Earl Gaylor and half sister Sarah Gaylor.

Casketbearers were Floyd Campbell, Buddy Gwinn, Dustin Griggs, Danny Ward, Danny West, and Charlie Gaylor. Honorary bearers were Bill Avanzini, J. D. Smith and Tom Barnett.
