Leo Cullen Yates, age 76, a Coal County resident.

 BORN:    September 5, 1929 at Centrahoma, OK, to Herman Cullen and Alice (Boddy) Yates.

Passed Away:   December 29, 2005 in Ada, Ok.

Age:     76 years  3 months   24 day s

Married:     Margaret Winfrey on November 26, 1958 in Las Vegas, NV.

Education:     attended Centrahoma school and Polly High in Riverside, CA

Occupation:    custodian and Bus Driver for Center Unified School District in Sacramento, CA, retiring in May 1991.

Leo was a Master Mason in the Masonic Lodge No. 211 and had been a member in Sacramento, CA., prior to moving to Centrahoma ; a 32 degree Mason of the McAlester Scottish Rite; a Past Patron in the Order of the Easter Star, Coalgate Chapter No. 91 and Sacramento, California�s Rising Star Chapter No. 36; and a member of the Coalgate Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 1198. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Korean Conflict.

       Survived by

Wife:    Margaret (Winfrey) Yates of the home.

Children:  Tonja Rae Snook-Millberry of Ada, OK.

                Russell Dowe Snook and wife Carmela of Sacramento, CA.

                larry Alan Yates of Grapevine, TX.

                Helen Sue Yates King of Riverside, CA.

                Acena Dawn Snook Hansen and husband Craig of Placerville, CA.

                Docia-Robyn Ann Yates Pivoda and husband Thomas of Placerville, CA.

                Fawnda Lavon Yates Feist and husband Robert of Berkeley Heights, Nj.

19 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren

Parents:   Herman Cullen and Alice (Boddy) Yates.

Place of Service:    Brown's Funeral Chapel ~ coalgate, ok.

Interment:     Centrahoma Cemetery.
