Michael Charles , 66, a lifetime resident of Norman, OK, passed away on December 4, 2010.

He is survived by four sisters, eight brothers, several nieces and nephews and many close friends. The family of Michael would like to thank everyone who has expressed sympathy and kindness the past few days.

Michael , aka Miguel, grew up working in the family restaurant, The Monterrey. He continued working at The Mont for many years. He also did landscaping during the summers. Over his lifetime, he did a lot of traveling, he loved the Sooners, casino gambling, dominos and, of course, going out to eat. He will be missed by his family and friends, especially by his brothers who have taken care of him the past two years.

Services will be a Vigil on January 28th, and a Funeral Mass on January 29th, both at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Norman, times pending. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
