HICKS, Roy Calvin, 78, OKC, died May 5. He was born Jan. 9, 1909 In OKC, had lived in Okla. most of his life. Worked at the OKC Stockyards for 34 years and retired about 12 years ago. a member of the Shields Blvd. Baptist Church and the Laryngectomy Club. He is survived bu his wife, Elinora of the home; a son, Earnest L. Hicks, Grand Prairie Tx; 2 daughters, Martha June Plasters, OKC and Dorene Langley of Mulberry, Ar; brother, Calvin Hicks, OKC. Services Thursday, 2pm, at the Shields Blvd Baptist Church, interment Resthaven Memory Gardens. Directed by Capitol Hill funeral Home.
