Stephen Robert Horton passed away Monday, February 1, 2010 at his home in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Stephen was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 7, 1971, the son of Stephen Wayne Horton and Vickie Juanita Whitehead.

Early in life, Stephen developed a passion for electrical engineering.  If it was electric or computer, he could fix it.  He traveled the roads of his life with a strong and solid perseverance.  We are going to miss this good man’s bright innovativeness, his courage, but most of all his great sense of humor.  He would probably say, “Remember me in laughter not in tears, for that’s the way I’ll remember you.  If you can only remember me in sorrow, then don’t remember me at all”.

Stephen is survived by his best friend Charles Grace; father, Stephen  Horton of OKC; sister, Carmen and husband Keith Bridges and niece, Anna of Moore, Oklahoma; and sister, Brittany Horton of Eufaula.

Stephen was preceded in death by his mother and his grandparents.
