Syble Irene Hart, 97, of Shawnee, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015, in Shawnee. She was the eldest of twelve children born to Troy Calhoun Parker and Mary Lula (Thoms) Parker. Syble was born July 30, 1917 in Red River County, Texas. Syble was Assembly of God in faith. Most of her life was spent as a pastor/evangelist’s wife, always sharing with others. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Syble was a great cook and her specialty was her fresh coconut cake and buttermilk pie. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin E. Hart; one son, James G. Hart; one grandson, Mark Ellis Richey; five brothers; four sisters; and a son-in-law, Braunell Richey. Syble is survived by one daughter, Dorothy N. Richey, of Blanchard; one son, Ralph W. Hart and his wife, Patti, of Tecumseh; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Kathryn Parker and Mary Ellen Story, both of Oklahoma City; and many other loved ones and friends. Funeral service was held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Burial followed in the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City.
