Nicholas “Nick” Christopher Carter-Nowicki, 16, died May 14, 2016 in OKC from a tragic slow-speed car accident. The family would like to express the importance of wearing seat belts at all times.

He was born March 4, 2000 in OKC. Nick was the second oldest of the Carter-Nowicki kids. He was a student at Mustang HS and a member of NORTHchurch.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Kenneth Colvin, Sr. 

Survivors include his parents, Greg and Danny Joe Carter-Nowicki; stepparents, Aaron and Catherine Davis; brothers, Joey, Devin and William “Billy” Carter-Nowicki, Blake Davis and Joey Wewers; sisters, Trista Carter-Nowicki and Aubriane Carpitcher; great-grandparents, Martha Alyene Colvin of Cache, OK, John and Aurora Gomez of Frederick, OK; grandparents, Kenneth and Helen Nowicki of OKC, Jesse and Deborah Gomez of Frederick, OK; uncles, Shawn Gomez and wife Shelby, Johnny, Jimmy, and Kevin Nowicki; aunts, Michelle Shipley and husband Guy, Shae Sellers and husband Josh, Brandy Roberts and husband Josh; several great-uncle's and aunt's; cousins and numerous family and  friends.

Services will be at 1:00pm, Saturday, May 21 at NORTHchurch, 1601 W. Memorial Rd., OKC, with inurnment in Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers for the service will be Joey Carter-Nowicki, Josh Henson, Devin Carter-Nowicki, Billy Carter-Nowicki, Gabe Mills, Ayden Roberts, Bly Gomez and Kinser Beville. Honorary pallbearers will be Trista Carter-Nowicki, Aaron Davis and Joshua Roberts.
