Neva M. Williams, 96, lifelong resident of Norman, OK passed away Friday, February 10, 2017.

Neva was born December 30, 1920 in Norman to Joe and Lena Heitz. Neva attended school in Norman, OK and met and married the love of her life, George, whom preceded her in death. Neva was also a lifelong member of McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church where she was heavily involved with her Sunday school class. She worked until retirement at the First National Bank in Norman in the loan Department, was a member of the Norman Bridge Club as well as the Rose Society, Norman Chapter. Neva was also a member of the New Hope Extension Homemakers in Norman.

Neva was preceded in death by her husband, George in 2010; her parents; one daughter, Neva Jo (Williams) Loving and one grandson, Tim Loving.

Neva is survived by one granddaughter, Melissa Smith and her husband, Richard of Coppell, TX; one brother, Jim Heitz of Amarillo, TX and five great-grandchildren: Emily Smith, Matt Smith, Philip Smith, Kyle Loving and Chad Loving.

Graveside Services to honor Neva will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Norman with Pastor Harriette Leigh of McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church officiating. Services are under the care of Havenbrook Funeral Home.
