Frances Bell Arnold, 86, of Norman passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014 in Norman.  Frances was born August 26, 1927 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Clay and Ora (Barker) Brisco.

She was a member of Northeast Baptist Church.  Frances loved spending time with her family and friends and was considered by her family the “glue” of the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers and sisters; her second husband (1960-1984), A.D. Mosley; and her third husband (1986-2010), Samuel Arnold, Jr. 

Frances is survived by her children, Richard Hale, Ed Hale, Jr., Billie Pettey, Russell Mosley, Eloise Olsen, and Sam Arnold III; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Carol, Angie, Jeff, Brandon, Jason, Scott, Blake, Stephanie, and Sam; eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements for Frances and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
