The family followed the oil patch, living in Liberal, Kan., western North Dakota, Glendive and Dillon, Mont., and Casper, Wyo. When their sons were reared, they lived in Colorado, Venezuela and Jackson, Miss., returning to Oklahoma in the early 1970s where they lived for 30 years. They moved to Billings in the summer of 2005.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather; brother and a granddaughter, Angela Rae Peters.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, John; two sons, Richard Peters of Biloxi, Miss., and Jim Peters and his wife, Ann, of Billings, Mont.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
