Ainsworth and wife Jean of Oklahoma City; one grandchild, William Charles Maupin, Jr., M.D. and wife Judy of Edmond; and three great-grandchildren, Jared, Callie and Katie Maupin of Edmond. He is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Mary Lou.
