Pat Pattillo, age 70 of Noble, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018.

William Douglas Pattillo, Jr. was born February 10, 1947 in Ardmore, OK, the 4th of 5 children born to William Douglas Pattillo and Ruby Lee (Woods) Pattillo. He was raised in Ardmore and attended Ardmore Schools. Pat joined the United States Marine Corp and served his country proudly during the Vietnam War. Pat met his soul mate and life partner, Carol Piper and they have spent the better part of the last 37 years as a couple. Pat worked mainly in hospitality industry, owning and operating several restaurants and bars throughout the United States. He was most proud of his most recent endeavor, the “Rib Joint” east of Noble. Pat loved hospitality! From preparing and cooking to sculpting ice, Pat loved his work. He was the ultimate host and an even better business man. When not working he enjoyed a day of fishing or a good game of golf. He cherished his family and friends and looked forward to get-togethers. A disabled Veteran himself, he later became an advocate for other Veterans, volunteering at the Dale K. Graham’s Veterans Foundation. Pat Pattillo will be dearly missed!

He was preceded in death by: His parents, Doug and Ruby Pattillo and His sister, Melva Wells.

Pat is survived by: His wife, Carol Pattillo of the home; Brothers, Bob C. Pattillo and wife Ellene of Weldon Springs, MO and Jerry Ray Pattillo of Ardmore; Sister, Nancy Watson and husband Joe of Edmond; In Laws, Jack and Reta Cottrell and Randy Shobert, all of Noble; Several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell, OK. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6-8pm.

Burial will follow at the Fairview Maguire Cemetery in Noble.
