Funeral services for Larry Marsh will be held on Monday, May 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Soper First Baptist Church with burial following in Sugar Creek Cemetery North of Soper, Oklahoma.

Larry Marsh, of Soper, died Thursday, May 14, 2009 at the age of 37. Larry was born October 21, 1971 in Durant, Oklahoma and moved to the Soper area ten years ago. Larry worked as a guard for McLeod Correction Facility; he also worked for Choctaw County Sheriff and Pushmataha County Sheriff. Larry enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Larry is survived by his wife: Rebecca DeLeon of the home; five children: Adrian Marsh, Tammy Marsh, Kharlie Marsh, Karman Marsh, Hallie Marsh all of the home; his parents: Larry Gene Marsh and Sandra Marsh both of Soper, OK; his father and mother-in-law: Tony and Kathy DeLeon of Ennis, TX; his grandparents: Bill and Lorene Marsh of Soper, OK; two brothers: Jerry Marsh and wife Angel of Calera, OK, William Marsh and wife Tara of Texas; eight nieces and nephews: Couey Marsh, Tracey Marsh, Brett Marsh, Brittany Marsh, Edward Marsh, Logan Marsh, Charles Marsh, Avian Artega; several cousins, aunts, and uncles; host of friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel.
