Graveside services for Sue Springs will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Springs Cemetery with Stanley Bailey officiating. Sue passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 in Paris, Texas, at the age of 64.

Sue Springs was born January 11, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Walter “Smokey” Maurice and Wynoma Trilla (Pickett) Salmons. She married Randy Lynn Springs on June 13, 1969 in Hurst, TX. She worked as a department manager for Wal-Mart for 14 years. Sue enjoyed playing with her grandchildren, swimming, cook outs with family and friends. She also loved antiques and especially collectables, and visiting with friends. Most of all Sue enjoyed traveling all over the United States with her husband, Randy. She was preceded in death by son, Craig Springs and her father, Walter "Smokey" Salmons.

Sue is survived by husband of 46 years, Randy Springs of Hugo, OK; daughter, Randa Bacon and husband Shawnee of Boswell, OK; mother, Wynoma Wharton and husband Ron of Colleyville, TX brother, Maurice Salmons and wife Patti of Ft. Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Payton Guthrie and McKenzie Guthrie; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family & friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2015 in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo, OK.
