Funeral Services for Jimmie Cecil Henderson will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. in the Clayton Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Britt Lesley officiating, assisting Rev. Tolbert Dill, with burial following in the Spencerville Cemetery.

Jimmie went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 07, 2011 in Hugo, Ok at the age of 87 years. Jimmie was born April 2, 1923 in Rattan, OK, the daughter of James Cecil and Emma Davis (Maddox) Stanfield. Jimmie was a member of the Clayton Avenue Baptist Church and most of her life she served her husband and family as a homemaker.

She married Jesse Henderson December 24, 1938 in Hugo, OK. Her favorite songs were "Beulah Land" and"God Be With You Till We Meet Again".

She is preceded in death by her husband Jesse Henderson and her parents; Sisters: Amy, Ethel, Jessie Mae; brothers: Dan, Leonard and Glenn.

Jimmie is survived by her daughters, Jeanne Wells of Fort Worth, TX, Joyce Holmes and husband Jimmy of Hugo, OK; grandchildren, Kristi Schleier and husband John of Houston, TX, Kay Wells of Mineral Wells, TX, Derek Holmes wife Amy of Ponca City, OK, Heath Holmes and wife Kelli of Oklahoma City,OK; great-grandchildren, Shane and Logan Holmes of Cleveland, OK, Rylee and Halli Holmes of Oklahoma City, OK, Elijah Holmes of Ponca City, OK, David Schleier of Houston, TX, Jeff Schleier of Houston, TX, Jami Wells of Nacogdoches, TX; great-great-grandchildren: Kadon and Kailey Schleier of Houston, TX; one brother: Aubrey Stanfield of Caddo, Oklahoma.
