Funeral services for Joe Neill Trout will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel with Jan Lee officiating and burial following in the Restland Cemetery. Joe Neill passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in Tyler, TX at the age of 63.

Joe Neill Trout was born June 30, 1950, in Leveland, Texas, to Billy Joe and Dora Mae (Vaughn) Trout. He had lived in this area since 1964 and was self-employed as a welder. He had worked on oil rigs for a long time and worked on ranches doing odd jobs. He loved to fish, hunt, work on cars and tinker with anything. He was preceded in death by parents; daughter: Shawnett Trout in 1971; aunts: Coleen Trout and Phyllis “Gay” Whittenburg..

Joe Neill is survived by daughters: Crystal Gay Foster and husband Scott of Soper, OK; Leandra Neill Cullipher and husband Jeremy of Chandler, TX, and Stephanie James of Boswell, OK; grandchildren: Cody, Kyle, Cassie, Toby, "Bubba", Hannah, James Neill, Nevaeh, Emily, Jacob, Phillip, Landon, Morgan, Mason, Ryder and Abbigail; step-child: Cayce Russey of Boswell, OK; brother: Billy Jack Kelly and wife Dalphine of Sherman, TX; sisters: Patsy Lewis of Houston, Linda Escalante of Houston, TX.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 25, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo, OK
