Memorial services for Jean Rouch will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Life Church with Pastor Jeff McCreary officiating and burial following in the Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK.

Jean went home to be with our Lord, Monday, February 25, 2013, in Hugo, Oklahoma, at the age of 78. Wilma Jean Rouch was born September 15, 1934 in Boswell, OK, the daughter of Cull and Maggie (Tucker) Higginbotham. She had lived in this area all of her life and was a member of the Victory Life Church. Jean was a CNA and worked as a home health aide, she worked at Campbell Soup Company and at the Glove Factory. She was a smart, helpful, and beautiful person who was loved by many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Maggie and Cul Higginbotham; sister, Geneva Manar and brother, Donald Higginbotham.

Jean is survived by son, Archie Mandrell of Shallowater, TX; daughter, Velma Landers of Kansas; sister, Fay Farmer of Boswell, OK; grandchildren Chandra Wright, Bobby Mandrell, Dustin Grisham and Jason Grisham; great-grandchildren, Samantha Wright and Savanna Wright; several nieces and nephews.
