Graveside services for Dessie Lou Latham will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK, with Rev. Herbert Wharton officiating. Dessie died Tuesday, July 5, 2011, in Hugo, OK at the age of 93.
Dessie Lou Latham was born January 13, 1918, in Boswell, OK, the daughter of William David “Will” and Jennie Lou (Measels) Latham. Dessie was a member of the 1st Church of the Nazarene in Boswell, OK and lived in the area all of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Edgar Ray Latham in 1994.
Dessie is survived by a host of cousins.
