Lois Florene (Harrington) Coats was born September 4, 1919, in Boswell, Oklahoma, to William Henry and Mamie (Brown) Harrington. She passed from this life September 21, 2015, in Grantsboro, NC, at the age of 96.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Mamie (Brown) Harrington, two brothers, and five sisters.

A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by two daughters, Rosie Marie Mock and husband, Welton, of Kingston, OK and Judy Florene Reynolds and husband, Donald, of Arapahoe, NC; two grandchildren, Tina Rose Sheffield and husband, Warren, of Willis, TX and Jeff Alan Reynolds of Memphis, TN; one great-granddaughter, Deanna Rose Sheffield of Willis, TX.
