Graveside services for D. A. Ainsworth will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK with Rev. Doug McClure officiating.

D. A. Ainsworth died Monday, February 15, 2010 in Paris, TX at the age of 96. D. A. Ainsworth was born August 15, 1913 in Millerton, OK, the son of Henry Samuel and Cassie Ann (Smith) Ainsworth. He had lived in this area most of his life and married Frances Newman, his wife of 63 years. He was a hard worker and did dozier work. He was a fisherman and trapper. D. A. liked to play dominoes at the Senior Citizens Center. D. A. was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Frankie Ainsworth; daughter: Peggy Cole; grandson: Shane Cole; five sisters and five brothers. D. A. is survived by one grandson: Dean Cole and wife, Pat of Hugo, OK; one granddaughter: Lynn Wood and husband, Charles of Boswell, OK; one sister: Alice Sutterfield of Boswell, OK; two great-grandsons: Justice Wood and wife, Tish of Boswell, OK and Dustin Wood of Tulsa, OK; one great granddaughter: Chrisan Gallant and husband, Albert of Hugo, OK; great-great grandchildren: Chaylen, Kristopher, Jackson, Tanner, Sierria, Emilye, Alyssa, Jailen, Emily, Rebeka.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
